I don't really know. I'd be tempted to say Ayn Rand, but I haven't read anything by her. While her followers are definitely wrong, I don't know if she was - I mean, you need a certain amount of coherence to rise to the level of wrong rather than merely bad.

Same for Huntington, the Clash of Civilizations guy, who Klein's commenters haven't mentioned.
